Mr. Williams has twenty-two (22) years Security experience. He is a former member of the Jamaica Defense Force. Having spent six years in the Jamaican Military, he worked in various departments. The Chief of Staff awarded him a Certificate of Commendation for Exemplary discipline at the end of his tenure. Mr. Williams has worked for a number of Security companies in Trinidad & Tobago in his capability as a Senior Manager. His educational attributes are as follows: pursuing a Masters Degree in Security Administration and Management at the University of Leicester; he has an Associate of Science degree in Security Administration & Management. He also achieved Certificates in Aviation Security Major Events; Health Safety Security (HSSE); Risk Analysis Risk Assessment, Business Continuity Planning BCP & International Ship & Port Security Code (ISPS).

Mr. Bedeau has approximately 18 years experience in the Human Resource, Hospitality, Customer Service and Security industry  combined, working for various international Companies including United States Job Search Corporation, CCL Corporation, Placement International , Legenda Education Group. In all of these companies he worked  as a Regional Manager for the Caribbean Central and South America. He has achieved the following; an Associate Degree in Business Management, Johnson and Wale University, Certification at the United States Public Health Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Courses in Environmental Tier 1,2 & 3, Safety Training Crisis Management.

Ms. Ava Bowen has 32 years experience in the customer service industry, of which 17 years have been spent in the security industry. She has attained a certificate in Customer Service Management. She also has a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Cipriani College of Labour and Co-operative Studies. In 2008 she attended a course in Customer Service comprising Roll and Function of Security Personnel, Understanding the Value of Customer to the Security Industry. She is presently pursuing Associate of Art Degree in Labour Studies at Cipriani College of Labour and Co-operative Studies.

Ms Sutherland has twelve years experience in the customer service industry, with seven years in the security industry. She obtained a certificate in disciplinary behavior and has also done courses in VAT and Taxation,  Customer Service, Understanding role and function of security personnel, value of customers in the security industry. Ms. Sutherland also has a certificate in Information Technology.
